1. If you find that the purchased product is damaged or wrong, you must contact us by email to CS within 3 days (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after receiving the product to apply for a replacement.
When it is verified that the application meets the conditions for return and exchange of goods, we will assist in arranging the return of the relevant goods. Overdue will not be accepted.

4. Returns are not accepted in the following situations, including but not limited to:
- The product is no longer in new condition, or has been used

- any freebies
- Items that have been returned once
- Change of mind return
- Goods not sent by our company
5. Personal personal items (such as masks, PPE personal protective equipment), all consumables (such as alcohol hand sanitizer), etc. will not be returned or exchanged based on hygiene issues.
6. Gifts and redemption items cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
7. Factors such as shooting light, mobile phone or computer screen may cause color difference in the photo, and the product color shall prevail in kind.
8. If a product of the same type has been sold out, it can be exchanged for a product of the same or lower value than the original purchase value, or a product of higher value with the difference in price. If the product is returned to a product with a lower value than the original value, the balance will not be refunded.

Exchange method
1. 3 days after receiving the package (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), Email contact our CS to request a replacement. CS will reply within 1 working day and return it within 7 days after signing for the package.
2. The return and exchange must be accompanied by all the contents of the package (including the delivery note, filler, product tag, etc.) as proof, and send it back to the company for replacement after confirmation.
3. If customer not receives the wrong product, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs during all returns and exchanges.
4. Shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Returns will not be accepted without an order or delivery note as proof.
6. After we receive your return, we will arrange the return process for you within five working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
7. All returns and exchanges will be sent directly by SF Express.
8. Any product that has not been applied for and confirmed/does not meet the conditions for return or exchange will not be processed, and will be sent back directly to SF Express in the form of pay-on-collect without further notice, and the customer shall bear any costs and risks incurred .
